BioThis journal is for posting recipes. I am a vegetarian, and I do a LOT of cooking. Per a friend's request, I am putting my recipes in their own journal to make them easy to access.
I am the "Lady of Shallots" because I enjoy using shallots in place of onions, and because I am fond of the poem and paintings by that name.
This journal is almost completely public, and it is obscenity-, drama- and controversy-free, unless the drama and controversy is strictly food-related. And if you want to fight with me about shallots vs. onions, I will kick your patootie. Or your potato. Whichever.
